Eu estava tentando alterar quais programas abriram e editaram meus arquivos em lote no Windows 7. Agora, quero alterar tudo de volta para o padrão, mas meu computador não fez nenhum ponto de restauração.

Ouch. Ao mexer com o registro, eu sempre faço o backup primeiro.

No entanto, estas são as duas entradas no meu laptop, o Windows 7 Professional, de 32 bits.

Faça backup da chave do registro antes de alterar. como não há ponto de restauração. A chave de backup geralmente pode ser facilmente recuperada, a menos que a alteração "bloqueie" o sistema

Como notado por @mullull89, as teclas mostradas são o que eu tenho também.
