Como posso sobrepor PNGs com transparência sobre um vídeo? (cada PNG deve cobrir um quadro)

Eu tenho um vídeo (original.mp4) e, em seguida, tenho uma série de PNGs com transparência que quero sobrepor a cada quadro no vídeo.

A estratégia que estou usando é:

  1. Crie um vídeo dos PNGs

    ffmpeg -framerate 60 -pattern_type glob -i imagens / *. png -c: v libx264 out.mp4

  2. Normalize os dois vídeos para ter as mesmas dimensões

    ffmpeg -i out.mp4 -vf scale = 1920: 960, setsar = 0: 1, setdar = 16: 9 out2.mp4
    ffmpeg -i original.mp4 -vf scale = 1920: 960, setsar = 0: 1, setdar = 16: 9 original2.mp4

  3. Sobreponha o vídeo do PNG e dê a ele a opacidade

    ffmpeg -i original2.mp4 -i heatmap2.avi -filter_complex "mistura = all_mode = 'sobreposição': all_opacity = 0.7" resultado.mp4

Isso quase funciona, mas o vídeo criado a partir dos PNGs tem um fundo preto. Eu também tentei codificar o vídeo como .mov e .avi, que devem manter a transparência. No entanto, quando eu fiz isso, o fundo preto ainda voltava depois de cobri-lo.

Como posso sobrepor os PNGs (cada um é um único quadro do vídeo) como um vídeo com transparência sobre o original?

O H.264, que é o que codifica libx264 , não suporta transparência. Nem mpeg4 , o codec padrão para AVI. O padrão de saída do MOV também é igual a libx264 .

Você pode fazer isso em um comando:

ffmpeg -i original.mp4 -framerate 60 -pattern_type glob -i images/*.png \
-filter_complex "[0:v]scale=1920x960,setdar=16:9[base];[1:v]scale=1920x960,setdar=16:9[ovr];\
 [ovr][base]blend=all_mode='overlay':all_opacity=0.7[v]"
-map [v] result.mp4

Você não precisa dimensionar os dois vídeos. Se quiser que os PNGs sejam dimensionados da mesma maneira que o vídeo base, use scale2ref :

ffmpeg -i original.mp4 -framerate 60 -pattern_type glob -i images/*.png \

Agora, você especificou um DAR personalizado ( 1920x960 não é 16:9 ). Se isso precisa ser definido, use

[1:v][0:v]scale2ref=iw:ih,setdar=16:9[ovr][base];

Isso usa um método diferente para aplicar a sobreposição.
