Na sua saída apt, você tem a seguinte linha.

Se você olhar para o site ppa ( link ), verá que eles não têm nenhum pacotes para 12.04
Parece que você provavelmente terá que tentar obter um dos .debs noturnos para instalar com o dpkg ou compilá-lo a partir do código-fonte.
Parece um problema temporário de servidor.
tente novamente depois de algum tempo fazer isso
abra o software-center > Editar > Fontes de software > Software Ubuntu > mude o seu servidor para outro melhor servidor e tente novamente.
