multitail para o Windows cmd / powershell? [fechadas]

Para os arquivos de log, preciso assisti-lo:

gc MyLogFile.log -Wait -Force | %{ do something with "$_" }

Funciona muito bem, ele fará apenas um arquivo por vez.
