microsoft visual c ++ 2008 pacote redistribuível x64, erro 1935

Question

Estou trabalhando na visualização do Alienware 17, OS Windows 10.
 Quando tento instalar o Open office , ele tenta instalar Microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable package x64 , o que me dá a seguinte erro.
