RDP do Windows 8 Não é possível conectar os IDs de evento do Schannel 36870 36887

Question

Eu tenho uma instalação recente do Windows 8 na máquina de um usuário e não consigo fazer o RDP, ele imediatamente falha e diz que não pode se conectar. Você pode se conectar à porta via telnet e você pode ver o RDP ouvindo na porta correta via netstat. Eu tentei de ambos os hosts Windows 8 e Windows 7. Eu vi os seguintes erros no log de eventos quando tento fazer uma conexão.
