Win_10 Driver_Power_State_Failure

Eu tenho um novo Dell Insprion 7559 i7 , que caiu após 2 horas, e não entendo por que isso está acontecendo. Aqui está o meu arquivo de despejo .

Detalhes do meu PC:

  • Intel i7 -6700HQ @ 2.60GHz
  • RAM DDR3 de 16 GB
  • Windows One Home com 64 bits
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
  • 1TB Westgate HDD
  • SanDisk Z400s M.2 2280 128 GB

Após duas semanas, meu laptop finalmente funciona! :)

Como apontado por PIMP_JUICE_IT e magicandre1981 , houve um problema com a minha GPU. Nenhum driver pode corrigir o problema (da Dell ou da NVIDIA). Após 4 novas instalações do Windows 10, ficou claro que era um problema de hardware (e eu encerrei) e liguei para a Dell. A Dell enviou um engenheiro de campo e ele substituiu minha placa-mãe. Então foi um problema de hardware, e estou aliviada por finalmente funcionar. : D

Portanto, instale o driver nVIDIA mais recente e a atualização mais recente para a versão 1511 ou atualize amanhã para a versão 1607.

Com base na análise rápida do último arquivo DMP que você forneceu, parece estar relacionado a algo com seu driver NVIDIA:

Sugiro que você faça o download do Driver NVIDIA 368.81 e instale-o para a próxima etapa e veja se que resolve o problema que você está experimentando que o driver NVIDIA 353.82 parece causar.
