Tenho toneladas de texto que executam juntas as quebras de parágrafos da seguinte forma:

Com base nas informações lá, tentei substituir "$" por "$$" e, embora ele tenha encontrado os "$" invisíveis, ele os substituiu por "$" s visíveis (literal). Eu então tentei substituir "$" (com a opção "Expressões Regulares" marcada) com "# 13 # 10" mas isso também simplesmente inseriu aquela string literal lá.

Como posso substituir automaticamente todas as quebras de linha / marcas de parágrafo por duas iguais?

Se eu entendi bem o seu exemplo, você só quer adicionar uma nova linha depois de cada linha, certo?
