Aparentemente, o libreoffice mudou seu comportamento e agora abre arquivos .tsv como arquivos de gravação. Eu tive que renomear para .csv.
Eu tenho trabalhado com arquivos TSV por meses, mas tenho um arquivo que se recusa a ser aberto no LibreOffice Calc. Em vez disso, aparece no escritor. Esse comportamento é consistente na linha de comando e na caixa de diálogo de abertura de arquivos.
