Verifique se o seu bluetooth está ATIVADO no BIOS / UEFI.
Eu tentei fazer uma recuperação, excluí os pacotes desnecessários. Estou um pouco perplexo porque depois de atualizar o kernel para incluir o novo driver Intel 7260 (para fazer o wifi funcionar), o Bluetooth funcionou algumas vezes e parou depois de reiniciar para atualizar os pacotes do sistema.
Agora as opções para adicionar um dispositivo Bluetooth desapareceram e só mostram "Bluetooth: Desligado" e "Ativar Bluetooth" e "Configurações Bluetooth"
Parece que talvez eu mudei algo quando atualizei e reiniciei o sistema, mas não tenho certeza de quê? Eu executei sudo apt-get update
seguido por sudo apt-get upgrade
, parece que nenhum pacote é necessário para download.
Eu incluí alguns diagnósticos abaixo. Se alguém pudesse me encaminhar para outra solução semelhante on-line (eu estive procurando por um tempo, isso parece ser muito semelhante à minha situação e não recebeu uma resposta: Adaptador Bluetooth ativado de funcionar bem para não reconhecido )
