Problema de definição de constante de matriz horizontal

Não consigo entender onde eu falho (exceto após a ajuda original do MS :-D) na tentativa de inserir constante de matriz horizontal (C + S + E seq) por orientação de MS acessível pela ajuda do Excel 2007 ou 2010, ou neste link: link

É impossível. Tentando alguma estupidez = {1,2,3} seq é forçado a 1,23 por sw, ambas as versões de 2007 e 2010 (não tem 2013). Somente vertical = {1; 2; 3} trabalhos constantes.

Ninguém no mundo por google (fazendo o melhor que eu espero) abordou esta falha de recurso fundamental (inc. MS Technet) até agora, parece ser assim.

É causado por suas "Configurações Regionais". Você tem , especificado como um separador decimal em vez do usual .

Solução temporária do Excel 2007

By default, Microsoft Excel uses the system separators that are defined in the regional settings in Control Panel. If you sometimes need to display numbers with different separators for thousands or decimals, you can temporarily replace the system separators with custom separators.

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Excel Options.

2. On the Advanced tab, under Editing options, clear the Use system separators check box.

3. Type new separators in the Decimal separator and Thousands separator boxes.

Tip: When you want to use the system separators again, select the Use system separators check box.

Note: For a permanent solution, you must change the regional settings in Control Panel.
