Configure ffmpeg e ffplay para o sinal PAL

Uso: -standard pal

Eu tive o mesmo problema e perdi muitos dias procurando uma resposta!

A documentação do ffmpeg link não menciona nada. Em outras páginas, vi -tvstd standard set television standard (NTSC, PAL (SECAM)) , mas não funciona. Eu encontrei a opção -standard quando eu fiz ffplay -h
