A atualização do Windows 10 KB3198586 falhou há cerca de uma semana, revertendo as alterações em 99%

Tenho notado que outras pessoas reclamam desse problema, mas não encontrei nenhuma correção para isso. Experimentei algumas " correções de registro " sugeridas em alguns lugares

Eu tentei instalar manualmente a atualização.
Eu tentei a solução de problemas automatizada do Updater. (Que alega que há um problema e afirma que o consertou, mas depois encontra o problema novamente imediatamente.)

É provável que alguma atualização futura não falhe, e pare de tentar instalá-la todos os dias?
