ffmpeg: converter e manter trilha de áudio

Eu tenho alguns arquivos de vídeo em codec H.264 e áudio DTS. Meu objetivo é converter as faixas de áudio (principalmente 2 faixas, inglês e alemão) para AAC, mas também manter a faixa de áudio DTS.

Eu tentei este comando, mas ele apenas converte as faixas e substitui as faixas do DTS pelo AAC.

O que devo fazer para ter o DTS e o AAC rastreáveis no arquivo de saída?

Você pode usar as opções -map e -codec com os especificadores de fluxo para escolher quais fluxos você quer e se você gostaria de copiar o fluxo ou codificar os fluxos:

O mapeamento neste exemplo vai do geral para o específico. No início, todas as entradas são copiadas em fluxo, mas as opções posteriores refinam o comportamento para que as legendas sejam convertidas em vez de copiadas e mais mapas sejam adicionados para incluir o áudio a ser recodificado.
