O computador trava ao desligar

Às vezes, quando encerro meu computador, ele não é desligado, mas é reiniciado. Quando eu entro, recebo a mensagem de que o Windows se recuperou de um desligamento inesperado:

Você pode encontrar o arquivo de despejo no bloco de código na parte inferior. Eu também tentei o botão "Verificar solução", mas essa caixa de diálogo desaparece depois de algum tempo e não mostra uma solução.

Por algum motivo, o problema desapareceu sem que eu realmente tenha feito alguma coisa.

O problema que tive aqui foi relatado como um bug do VirtualBox: link
Atualmente ainda não está corrigido. Eu publiquei minha saída de despejo lá, poderia ser útil.
