atualizando do windows 8 para o windows 8.1 me dê erro 0x101 0x2000c e driver irql não menos ou igual na instalação limpa

Estou tentando atualizar meu hp dv6-6156sl executando o win 8 para ganhar 8.1. Quando eu tento atualizar o sistema operacional com tudo mantido quando ele configura dispositivos (cerca de 55%) recebo um bsod com driver irql não menos ou igual erro e janelas reverter para o meu anterior janelas 8 mostrando no final 0x101 0x2000c erro. Então eu tentei uma instalação limpa para ver se eu poderia consertá-lo, mas eu ainda recebo o mesmo driver irql não menos ou erro igual (no ntoskrnl.exe)

Eu tentei editar as configurações da bios para ver se há algo para desativar, mas como quase todos os laptops da HP estão bloqueados, só posso ativar a virtualização, selecionar a ordem de inicialização e alterar o gpu entre fixo ou dinâmico (nenhum desses trabalhos)
