Não está recebendo Notificações do Toast. Como solucionar problemas?

Já faz cerca de duas semanas desde a atualização para a visualização do Windows 8.1, e eu não recebi um único brinde de um aplicativo. Houve muitas reinicializações e tudo está atualizado no que diz respeito ao Windows Update e à Loja.

Eu costumava receber torradas de e-mail, agenda, mensagens, Skype, Xbox Live, etc., mas nunca recebo nada agora e não sei como solucionar problemas.

Eu testei o e-mail certificando-me de que o programa estava sendo executado em segundo plano e enviando a mim mesmo um e-mail de um endereço diferente via webmail. Eu nunca fui notificado.

Como posso resolver isso?

Basta acessar Settings charm / Change PC settings / Search & apps / Notifications e ativar as notificações do sistema para os aplicativos relevantes (alterne a configuração, se já estiver ativada):

1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)

2. Tap or click Change PC settings, tap or click Search and apps, and then Notifications.

3. Under Show notifications from these apps, set the app you want to On or Off.

To hide notifications temporarily in this area

1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)

2. Tap or click Change PC settings, tap or click Search and apps, and then Notifications.

3. Turn on Quiet hours and choose how long you want notifications hidden.

4. If you want to turn them back on before the time period is over, turn off Quiet hours.

To change notifications for a specific account

Mail lets you manage notifications for each account. Here's how:

1. On Start, tap or click Mail.

2. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)

3. Tap or click Accounts.

4. Choose the account you want to change notifications for.

5. Under Show email notifications, tap or click the option you want.
