Meu Steam aparentemente se tornou completamente não funcional: se eu tentar abri-lo, o ícone piscará por alguns segundos e nada acontecerá depois. Se eu tentar desinstalá-lo (ícone do Ubuntu > > Pesquise por 'Steam' > > botão para a direita > > Desinstalar), também não há resultados.
Sou muito novo no Ubuntu e atualizei recentemente para a última versão, esperando que fosse a coisa certa a fazer, mas não sei se foi mesmo. Algum de vocês sabe como consertar isso?

Eu tentei digitar 'steam' no terminal. Um monte de mensagens, em seguida, apareceu e atualizou o Steam (eu acho) e abri-lo. Fechei tudo e reiniciei o computador. Agora eu posso abrir o Steam, mas toda vez que eu faço isso aparece um aviso dizendo:

Quando eu pressiono Enter, a mensagem é fechada. O Steam é um pouco lento e às vezes nem se conecta à rede. Além disso, ainda não consigo desinstalá-lo da maneira que tentei pela primeira vez. Nada aparece quando digito lspci | grep VGA no terminal. Quando eu digito 'steam' no terminal agora, o Steam é aberto e aparece o seguinte (SPM é o nome do meu computador):
