O FileZilla não pode se conectar ao servidor FTP local e mostrar logs de erros em seu servidor

Estou executando o servidor FTP no Windows 8.1 Pro com o IIS. Isso funciona bem. Mas hoje, ele mostra logs de erro que aguardam loops de erro como este abaixo. O erro principal é sobre Retrieving directory listing... . Meu diretório raiz é D:\ . Eu posso acessá-lo do Chrome no celular e no PC.
