Eu estou tentando configurar um ambiente no Windows 10 onde eu possa programar no Python 3 e utilizar bibliotecas e módulos como eu quiser. Eu sou aparentemente incapaz de conseguir isso através do Cygwin.
EDIT: Eu reescrevi muito desta questão para ser mais relevante. A partir daqui são melhores detalhes.
Por meio do instalador do Cygwin python3 , python3-devel , python3-setuptools , gcc e make são selecionados e instalados.
Eu instalei (e fiz questão de não interferir com o Python que não seja o Cygwin) pip / pip3 e estou tentando instalar o numpy. Este é o erro que recebo ao executar $ pip3 install numpy :
( $ python3 e $ easy_install-3.6 estão funcionando e isolados do python "normal", embora $ easy_install-3.6 forneça os mesmos erros que $ pip3 )
