PC de repente usando apenas o IPv6 para falar com o servidor

Eu tenho um servidor rodando o WHS 2011, um PC desktop rodando o Win 10 Pro 64 bit e um laptop rodando o Win 10 Home 64 bit. O PC de mesa costuma ser usado para conectar-se à rede do meu escritório usando o Cisco AnyConnect. Na semana passada, de repente, parei de poder me conectar ao meu servidor quando o AnyConnect estava em execução. A investigação mostrou que não era mais capaz de falar com ele usando o IPv4. O laptop ainda fará ping no servidor usando o endereço v4 e a área de trabalho irá conversar com outros dispositivos de rede usando o endereço v4, mas por algum motivo, não o servidor.

Eu tentei muitas pesquisas, mas a principal resposta parece ser desligar o IPv6. Quando tento isso no servidor ou no PC de mesa, não consigo mais me comunicar com o servidor, esteja o AnyConnect em execução ou não.

Eu tentei remover a ligação IPv6 do adaptador virtual AnyConnect, mas isso também não ajuda.

O servidor tem um endereço IP estático com várias portas encaminhadas para ele (ele gerencia os serviços de e-mail e www). O DHCP está sendo tratado pelo roteador PlusNet.

Alguma sugestão, por favor?
