Um ventilador barulhento em um satélite toshiba C650 após o upgrade do Debian para Jessie

Question

Eu pesquiso ajuda na instalação do Debian Jessie .
O problema é que o som da ventoinha cpu é barulhento quase o tempo todo.
Antes de fazer o upgrade, tudo ficou bem com o Debian wheezy .

Eu tentei resolver este problema instalando o kernel 4.1 a partir dos backports , mas não encontrei benefícios.

Eu tentei resolver esse problema com fancontrol e editei os arquivos grub, mas todas as soluções não produziram nenhum benefício:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi_enforce_resources=lax quiet splash"
