O disco rígido antigo está morto?

Então alguns dias atrás meu laptop de 3 anos com win7 estava agindo (programas não respondiam, etc.) então eu decidi rodar um chkdsk, mas isso acabou sendo uma má idéia já que ele parou em um arquivo no estágio 4/5 por cerca de 24 horas, eu tenho um BSOD com erro bad_system_config_info, e sempre que eu inicializo o Windows, depois de alguns minutos ele se torna completamente não responsivo e eu tenho que desligá-lo com força. Eu iniciei uma versão portátil do Ubuntu e rodei o gsmartcontrol e obtive os seguintes resultados para o disco rígido:

Parece que o HDD tem 201 Contagem do setor realocado:

Isso geralmente é um sinal de falha iminente. Mesmo que não tenha fracassado no momento, ele fracassará em breve no futuro. Tente obter o máximo de dados possível antes que seja tarde demais.

O disco não está completamente morto, mas começando a. Você deve ser capaz de ler os dados do seu HD antigo, mas tente evitar que ele seja gravado. Se você puder obter um adaptador de ponte USB para SATA e depois usar outro computador, comece a retirar os dados.
