Transferir a licença OEM do Windows 7 antes de inicializar o novo laptop [duplicado]

Question

Eu não preciso do Windows e estou comprando um novo laptop. Novo laptop (Lenovo L530) inclui a licença OEM Windows 7 PRO e não há nada que eu possa fazer para evitar a compra do sistema operacional. Desde então, minha família pode usar o Windows em outro computador, é possível transferir a licença lá? A diferença entre outros casos de transferência OEM usuais é que eu nunca inicializarei o novo laptop com o sistema operacional Windows (vou formatá-lo imediatamente).

Minhas perguntas mais específicas: (1) o novo sistema operacional Windows 7 PRO será pré-ativado quando receber meu novo laptop? (2) O novo sistema operacional estará ligado ao novo laptop da fábrica e não durante o processo de ativação / instalação e não há nada que eu possa fazer?

Eu tentei pesquisar isso, mas nada ajuda. Eu só descobri que é possível usar o método de ativação manual por telefone para convencer o operador de que você quebrou seu laptop e precisa de uma transferência de licença do sistema operacional.

Eu sei o que a Microsoft geralmente diz em situações como essas (veja a resposta do nerdwaller), mas eu ainda sugiro que você pergunte à Lenovo sobre isso, porque ela está finalmente no fabricante (a Microsoft já tem seu dinheiro). Normalmente, as versões OEM estão vinculadas ao hardware em que estão instaladas, por isso, embora uma transferência de licença possa não ser possível, um reembolso pode ser (apesar de passar por relatórios, não será fácil). Ainda assim, não há mal em pedir a eles (peça ao Suporte para escalá-lo e não fique satisfeito com algum cara do Nível 1 dizendo Não).

A. After an OEM software license has been installed on a PC, the license may not be installed on or transferred to another PC. However, the entire PC may be transferred to another end user along with the software license rights. When transferring the PC to the new end user, the software media, manuals (if applicable), and Certificate of Authenticity label must be included. It is also advisable to include the original purchase invoice or receipt. The original end user cannot keep any copies of the software.

Q. My customer bought a new PC and wants to move the OEM software from the old PC to the new one. Can't users do whatever they want with their software?

A. No, the OEM software is licensed with the computer system on which it was originally installed and is tied to that original machine. OEM licenses are single-use licenses that cannot be installed on more than one computer system, even if the original machine is no longer in use. The End User Software License Terms, which the end user must accept before using the software, state that the license may not be shared, transferred to, or used concurrently on different computers. System builders must provide end-user support for the Windows license on computers they build, but cannot support licenses on computers they didn’t build. This is a fundamental reason why OEM System Builder licenses can't be transferred.
