Quando tento instalar o Seaborn no PyCharm adicionando o pacote aos meus pacotes disponíveis, recebo um erro dizendo

Então, tentei atualizar o pip usando o seguinte comando: pip install --upgrade pip , que produziu mais erros, que são os seguintes:
