Localização da guia MSDTC no Windows 7

Estou seguindo este artigo link , estou tendo problemas para encontrar a guia MSDTC no Windows 7, alguém pode me ajudar ?

A guia MSDTC talvez precise ser instalada, de acordo com esta resposta do Stack Overflow :

If it's not it can be installed with the following command:

msdtc -install

You can configure the MSDTC service using sc.exe. Set the service to start automatically and start the service:

sc config msdtc start= auto
sc start msdtc

Note you will need administrator privilege to perform the above.

Então você deve ser capaz de configurá-lo nos Serviços de componentes .
