ffmpeg -i "a.mkv" -c:v libx264 -preset slow -crf 8 -c:a libfdk_aac -vbr 5 -ss 00:03:30 -t 00:01:30 "h.264/a1.mp4"
ffmpeg -i "a.mkv" -c:v libx264 -preset slow -crf 8 -c:a libfdk_aac -vbr 5 -ss 00:10:30 -t 00:01:30 "h.264/a2.mp4"
A saída é constantemente fps = 0.
