não é capaz de instalar o filezilla 3.21.0 no Ubuntu 16.04 através do archieve.getdev.net?

eu tentei seguir a solução dada neste

$  wget -q -O - http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -

$  sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu xenial-getdeb apps" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list'

$  sudo apt-get update

$  sudo apt-get install filezilla

Problema que estou enfrentando quando tentei executar

wget -q -O - http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -

problema

gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

quando simplesmente tentou acessar wget http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key , está causando problema
