os clientes não se conectam ao servidor do squid

Atualmente, estou tentando criar um servidor de lula no meu laptop pessoal para permitir que alguns PCs em meu trabalho se conectem à Internet por meio de uma vpn no meu laptop.

Instalei e configurei o squid no meu laptop rodando o Debian 9, e conectei meu laptop ao meu trabalho LAN (IP = 10.75.245.21).

Então eu configurei um PC executando o Windows 10 (IP = 10.75.245.20) para usar o proxy no meu computador (porta = 3128). Mas quando tento acessar qualquer página da internet, a conexão falha.

alguma ideia sobre como corrigir isso?

Todos os computadores na LAN têm IP fixo com a máscara de sub-rede 255.255.254.0 A rede aqui também tem acesso à Internet, mas tem um firewall muito estrito (o motivo que eu quero rotear conexões através de VPN) Todos os computadores e meu laptop estão no mesma sub-rede Meu computador também está conectado a uma rede sem fio. Estou usando um protocolo Cisco VPN no meu computador
