Seguir estes passos costumava funcionar. Eu sou capaz de tentar instalar os dois drivers diferentes 32-bit Versão 2 e 64-bit Versão 10, mas nem trabalho mais. Eu tentei várias máquinas com o Windows 10 e várias portas USB.
