Meu SSD está prestes a quebrar

Eu tenho um laptop com um SSD e recentemente ele tem me dado erros estranhos e não tenho certeza se é baseado em software ou hardware. Por isso, verifiquei meu SSD usando a ferramenta smartctl:

Não tenho ideia de como ler esta saída. Tudo o que vejo é muita velhice e pré-fracasso. Meu SSD está prestes a falhar?
