Não é possível conectar ao cliente OpenVPN

Estou usando um OpenVPN Portable e quando tento me conectar a um cliente, aparece o seguinte erro:

Para resolver este problema, instalei o TAP-Windows, mas nada mudou ...

Meu computador está executando no windows 7.

Alguma ideia para resolver isso?

Resolvi o problema acessando o Gerenciador de dispositivos no Windows, depois de instalar os drivers da VPN e atualizar o adaptador TAP-Windows.
