Por que todas as minhas instalações do Windows MSI estão falhando?

Não consigo instalar nada de novo no meu PC, pois tudo está com erros.

Atualmente no Windows 10 com as atualizações mais recentes.

Como exemplo, quando tento atualizar o iTunes:
