Computador muito lento de repente com o disco em 100%

Estou executando uma máquina Windows 10 Pro, que é bem sofisticada, Intel Core i5 6500, RAM DRR4 de 16 GB, Mobo B150M, Gráficos GDDR5 GTX 960 de 4 GB. No entanto, meu PC fica muito lento de repente. Meu disco está sempre em 100%.

Eu fiz um teste SMART:

É literalmente muito lento. Costumava ficar bem antes, mas sempre em 100%. O meu HDD está morto? (Esta é uma nova unidade de disco rígido, com apenas um mês de idade). Além disso, obter um SSD resolveria esse problema?
