gateway no IP1, DHCP / DNS no IP2 - rede inoperante

Question

Meu gateway tem o IP 10.10.10.1 e estou tentando obter um Windows Server (10.10.10.2) para fornecer serviços DHCP e DNS. Eu configurei o DHCP e o DNS no servidor Windows e os desativei no roteador (Netgear).

No entanto, estou com problemas. Parece que os hosts na rede local não conseguem encontrar nenhum DNS.

A atribuição de IP gera o seguinte aviso: "Vários gateways padrão têm a finalidade de fornecer redundância a uma única rede (como uma intranet ou a Internet). Eles não funcionarão corretamente quando os gateways estiverem em duas redes separadas e distintas como um na sua intranet e outro na Internet. Deseja salvar essa configuração? ".

Eu suspeito que fiz algo errado com a atribuição de roteadores e gateways, mas não consigo entender.
