Eu tenho executado meu disco externo Seagate STBV20002004.5 por 2,5 anos até que ele começou a mostrar erros de leitura. Eu desmontei e substituí o HDD por um Samsung HD501LJ (que, tenho certeza, é funcional). Depois de remontar a unidade, o Linux não a detectaria na conexão.
