14.04 - O dispositivo de alto-falante com microfone USB não funciona mais

Question

Eu possuo um alto-falante de microfone de conferência web PJP-20UR, eu tenho usado este dispositivo USB por muito tempo com Linux, Windows, Mac e nunca tive nenhum problema com ele.

Desde que eu atualizei do Ubuntu 12.04 / 12.10 para o 14.04 de 64 bits, este dispositivo não está mais funcionando. Por favor, veja os erros abaixo.

Como posso resolver isso ??? Eu sempre terei que voltar para o Ubuntu 12.04 para isso?
