Abode Flash Player 14 X ativo “Falha ao registrar” Erro Windows 8.1

Question

Estou tentando instalar o plug-in do Flash Player 14 ActiveX para o Windows 7 no Windows 8.1.

Você pode dizer que o Windows 8. 1 já existe, mas eu tenho um programa que precisa especificamente do plug-in ActiveX para o Windows 7 no site da Adobe.

Tudo bem, até alguns dias atrás eu pude instalar o Flash Player muito corretamente, mas agora eu recebo esse erro ao instalar o flash player "FAILED TO REGISTER" todas as vezes e isso está me enlouquecendo. Eu preciso instalar o Flash Player para que meu programa possa usá-lo.

Estou instalando este install_flashplayer14x32ax_mssd_aaa_aih

E eu também tentei essa solução no Site da Microsoft usando subinacl e reset_fp11 , mas parece não funcionar,

2. Reboot your computer.
3. You must have administrator privileges to successfully complete these instructions.

5. Download SubInACL in a folder of your choice.
6. Download the reset_fp10.zip file. http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/494/cpsid_49419.html
7. Important: Be sure that both the subinacl.msi and reset_fp10.cmd files are in the same location (folder).
8. Double-click reset_fp10.cmd.
9. This will open a command window and execute the SubInACL tool.
10. Do not use the machine while SubInACL is running.
11. When it is finished you will see "Press any key to continue".
12. Install the Flash Player from www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer.

O seguinte, em Ver link  trabalhou para mim. Embora eu tenha excluído os dois diretórios que ele nomeou.

1. As permissões devem ser definidas manualmente C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash (como Administrador - clique com o botão direito do mouse no nome da pasta, em seguida, abra Propriedades, selecione SECURITY e selecione seu usuário. LEMBRE-SE: sua conta deve ter direitos de administrador. marque em Permitir caixas e, em seguida, Aplicar todas as alterações)

2. O mesmo processo deve ser feito também para C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

3. Faça o download do link mais recente .zip é um arquivo de instalação .

4. tente instalar fp_11.1.102.55_archive_1r102_55_64bit\flashplayer11_1r102_55_winax_64bit.msi não tente instalar versões exe. não funciona. O instalador da MSI funcionou para mim ...
