Erro de tela azul no Windows 7 [duplicado]

Tenho o Windows 7 Professional de 64 bits e recebo um erro de tela azul. Eu acho que tem algo a ver com o meu disco rígido, mas não tenho certeza se está falhando ou não.

Não tenho certeza se isso está especificamente relacionado ao seu disco rígido, mas aqui está um artigo para ajudá-lo a entender o que o CSRSS.EXE faz e como lidar com os erros desse processo.

O que é csrss.exe?

É possível que um vírus esteja explorando esse processo, por isso, execute verificações para verificar se o sistema está limpo.
