Como você instala o php-mysql no CentOS?

se eu tentar instalar o php-mysql, recebo o seguinte erro ... não sei como recuperar dele para ter o MySQL e o módulo PHP MySQL em funcionamento

Você precisará instalar o pacote de bibliotecas de compatibilidade compartilhadas do mesmo local em que obteve o pacote do servidor primeiro.
