Instalei recentemente o OpenSSH em uma das minhas máquinas Ubuntu e tive problemas para fazer com que ele usasse chaves RSA.
Gerei a chave RSA no cliente ( ssh-keygen ) e anexei a chave pública gerada aos arquivos /home/jex/.ssh/authorized_keys e / etc / ssh / authorized_keys no servidor. / p>
No entanto, quando tento fazer o login ( ssh -o PreferredAuthorizations=publickey jex@host -v [que força o uso de chave pública para login]) recebo a seguinte saída:

Não sei bem onde estou errado. Estou disposto a postar meu / etc / ssh / sshd_config se necessário.
Tente fazer as duas coisas:
Tem certeza de que o conteúdo de authorized_keys está correto? Talvez algo deu errado ao criar o arquivo. Para corrigir isso, tente remover o arquivo e, em seguida, use:
ssh-copy-id jex@host
Isso criará o arquivo authorized_keys automaticamente para você.
Verifique as permissões do arquivo authorized_keys no destino.
$chmod 700 ~/.ssh;chmod 700 ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
