Então, isso parece ter feito alguma coisa. Não tenho certeza se estava bem. A mensagem final é um pouco confusa. 0 (-1) quebrado == 0 (+1) fixo?

Eu ainda me pergunto sobre essas coisas de kde telepatia. Eles são opcionais? Eu não tenho eles agora? Eles estão quebrados?

Instale-o com o sinalizador --force-overwrite, conforme mostrado abaixo:

Por fim, execute o seguinte comando para concluir a instalação do KDE no plasma.
sudo apt-get -f install
Você precisa executar clean antes de executar -f install

Hoje isso me ajuda a resolver o problema durante a instalação de kubuntu-desktop sobre meu bloco de notas ubuntu-desktop .
