Estou tentando executar o comando cat /home/nextag/logs/OutpdirImpressions.log.2013-09-02 | awk -F "$begin" '{print $0}' | awk '$0 ~ "header=7075" {print $0}' De acordo com este comando eu quero dividir o arquivo inteiro em subseções começando com a palavra 'begin'. Agora em que eu quero essas sub-seções que contém 'header = 7075'

A saída esperada é que ele imprimirá a subseção inteira (aquelas que contêm essa sequência), mas estou obtendo apenas essa parte como saída:

Eu tentei usar de várias maneiras, mas isso não funciona. Alguém pode me ajudar por favor. Eu tentei awk -F "$begin" '{if($0 ~ "header=7075") {print $0}}' /home/nextag/logs/OutpdirImpressions.log.2013-09-02 . Deu o mesmo resultado

Alguém pode sugerir que obtenho a subseção completa no resultado

Esta variante não passa os delimitadores [begin ...] e [end ...] .

como one-liner:) Eu não entendo a demanda por one-liners, mas aqui está:

A vantagem dos programas nesta resposta é que eles processam a entrada linha-por-linha como é usual nos utilitários Unix. Isso faz com que o programa seja capaz de processar muito seções de log sem demandas extremas de memória e permite que o programa seja executado em paralelo (em CPUs com vários núcleos) com outros programas em um pipe.

Não tenho certeza se isso responde à sua pergunta, ou seja, se você está interessado em "o que quer que funcione" ou muito mais na resposta awk -específica, mas pareceu-me que você quer um oneliner (não que esses exemplos são muito manejáveis):
