O Servidor de Origem não atende aos requisitos mínimos para migração - SBS2003 para o SBS 2008

Estou migrando o SBS 2003 para o SBS 2008. Segui as diretrizes de 81 páginas da Microsoft aqui: link e executei a ferramenta de preparação de migração que foi concluída com êxito e, em seguida, solicitei uma reinicialização do servidor que fiz.

Eu criei o SBSAnswerFile e salvei-o no pen drive USB. O servidor do SBS 2008 o detecta e inicia a instalação do SBS no modo de migração, que fornece a mensagem de erro anexada. Clicar em "check again" não faz nada e repete o erro.

Confirmei uma boa conectividade do servidor do SBS 2008 para o servidor do SBS 2003 e vice-versa, fazendo o ping de cada máquina a partir do outro. A conta que criei no servidor do SBS 2003 que usei para executar a preparação do Migration. ferramenta é um administrador de domínio, esquema e empresa. Confirmei que o Exchange 2003 está no modo nativo, o nível funcional do domínio confirmado é em 2003. Criei uma nova conta de administrador para torná-lo membro dos grupos relevantes e defina uma senha complexa para ver se isso ajuda, mas ainda não há alegria.

Estou instalando um servidor HP ML330 - tentei através de smart start e através do windows sbs dvd, ambos resultam no mesmo problema. Log completo está disponível abaixo da configuração, mas é um pouco longo. Alguém tem alguma ideia?

No meu caso, o servidor não estava resolvendo o nome netbios do servidor de origem. Eu tive que usar Shift + F10 para abrir um prompt de comando e, em seguida, editar o arquivo hosts - então funcionou. Eu considero isso um bug.

Outra observação, alguns comentários por aí sugerem que você deve editar "Representar um cliente após a autenticação" nas configurações de Diretiva de Grupo do Controlador de Domínio. No meu caso, isso tornou meu servidor quase inoperável, fazendo com que o servidor parasse "Aplicando configurações do computador "por 3 horas após a reinicialização - ele atrapalhou o SQL, BES, e Deus sabe o que mais. Experiência dolorosa e angustiante para dizer o mínimo.

Se você tiver esse problema, verifique se o DCOM está ativado - verifique as configurações de fuso horário (veja a postagem acima) - e tente executar ping no servidor de origem usando o nome netbios. Se falhar, o que funcionou para mim pode funcionar para você. Aqui está como eu editei o arquivo hosts -

Shift + F10 para abrir o prompt de comando

Navegue até o arquivo hosts em c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc

Renomeie hosts para hosts.txt. O comando para fazer isso é "ren hosts host.txt". No meu caso eu primeiro copiei o arquivo host para a raiz da unidade C onde o renomei. O Windows algumas vezes lhe dará problemas ao tentar renomear hosts enquanto estiver no diretório \ etc.

Abra o arquivo hosts.txt e adicione uma entrada para o seu servidor. Isso é facil. Se você não sabe como, olhe para cima.

Renomeie o hosts.txt de volta para os hosts e coloque-o de volta no diretório \ etc.

Pingue o nome netbios do seu servidor e ele deverá ser resolvido - então, você poderá continuar com a migração.

Certifique-se de que o DCOM e "Representar um cliente após a autenticação" tenham sido configurados corretamente.

  1. Iniciar serviços de componentes (DCOMCNFG)
  2. Expanda Serviços de componentes - > Computadores - > Meu computador
  3. Abrir a caixa de diálogo Propriedades para Meu computador
  4. Clique na guia Propriedades padrão
  5. Marque a caixa "Ativar COM distribuído neste computador"
  6. Verifique se o Nível de Autenticação Padrão está definido como "Conectar" e o Nível de Representação Padrão para "Representar"
  7. Clique em Aplicar, clique em Ok.
  8. Feche a janela Serviços de componentes.

Certifique-se de que a política de grupo "Representar um cliente após a autenticação" tenha uma conta do SERVICE adicionada à lista.

  1. Iniciar política de computador local (GPEDIT.msc)
  2. Expanda Configuração do computador - > Configurações do Windows - > Configurações de segurança - > Políticas locais - > Atribuição de direitos de usuário
  3. Certifique-se de que a Diretiva de grupo "Representar um cliente após a autenticação" tenha o grupo Administradores e a conta SERVICE adicionados à lista.
  4. Reinicialize o servidor de origem
