O pacote de patches de janeiro de 2017 removeu o RSAT como parte da atualização. O RSAT reinstalado para o Windows 10 (KB2693643) corrigiu o problema.
Iniciei um novo trabalho com um novo laptop Windows 10 com patches atualizados (não edição de aniversário). Instalei o RSAT Tools para 10 (WindowsTH-RSAT_WS2016-x64.msu). Eu posso abri-lo e ver meu domínio, mas quando eu clico duas vezes em um grupo para ver suas propriedades, ele trava com um erro de runtime do .NET.

Mesmo se eu abrir o antigo snap-in Usuários e Grupos do Active Directory, clico duas vezes e vejo apenas as configurações de segurança (não o que eu espero). Então, enquanto isso, estou apenas pulando em um servidor para fazer o trabalho administrativo: - (

UPD: Lançado em 11/01/2017 KB3210721 atualização substitui o kb3205386, também não é recomendado para o instalador. Depois de instalar o ADAC, receba o erro "O Active Directory Administrative Center deve fechar devido a um erro desconhecido".
