Nginx e PHP-FPM no OS X

Eu tenho vontade de experimentar o Nginx com o PHP-FPM. Eu instalei o Nginx via Macports. Eu li que o PHP 5.3.3 inclui PHP-FPM, no entanto, a configuração do PHP 5.3.3 no Macports não o habilita.

Alguém pode me explicar ou me encaminhar para um tutorial sobre como instalar o PHP 5.3.3 com o PHP-FPM para Nginx no OS X? Eu gostaria de colocá-lo em / opt onde o Nginx é para mantê-lo longe do PHP que estou usando com o Apache em / usr / local.

Consegui responder acima ao @ Struder e principalmente fazê-lo funcionar, mas como @Seth eu estava recebendo o erro "cannot stat sapi / cgi / php-cgi".

Acabei fazendo alguns ajustes adicionais no Portfile: Adicionando o enable-fpm apenas quando a variante fastcgi é usada, removendo o erro "cannot stat" e copiando o arquivo de configuração padrão do php-fpm no lugar. O arquivo de configuração ainda precisa ser customizado pelo usuário, mas este arquivo de porta o colocará em funcionamento com o php5.3.3.

Apenas fiz essa configuração no meu MBP com o OSX 10.6.5 nginx 0.8.53 + php-fpm (php 5.3.3)

Para fazer isso eu usei o excelente instalador de pacotes homebrew em vez de macports:

brew install nginx

O Homebrew não inclui o php, mas existe uma fórmula "não oficial" isso

brew install php --with-mysql --with-fpm

Então você instalou os dois, o resto é configuração ... que você pode encontrar facilmente na Web.

O php-fpm agora é oficialmente parte do macports.

Você tentou a variante fastcgi do PHP instalada pelo MacPorts?

sudo port install php +fastcgi

EDIT: Antes de fazer isto, edite o Portfile (em /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/lang/php5 ) e adicione o seguinte ao configure.args (linha 64, por exemplo):
