Quando executo qualquer comando usando PHP na linha de comando, recebo vários erros sobre os módulos:

Esta é apenas uma amostra. Por que os módulos não podem ser encontrados? Estou assumindo que é o curso de todas as mensagens.

Simplesmente remova o pacote php5-snmp. Você pode usar este comando em um console para fazer isso: 

sudo apt-get remove php5-snmp
