Tenho um Cisco 3500 XL antigo e parece ter problemas de hardware. Eu carreguei o IOS mais recente e limpei todas as configurações.
Alguém tem alguma experiência em consertar o núcleo do switch? Eu sou um solderer SMD razoavelmente competente, posso substituir / refazer alguns chips?
Eu verifiquei as voltagens da fonte de alimentação e está tudo dentro da tolerância, e não há sinais visíveis de qualquer dano ao componente. Alguns chips são quentes ao toque.
Eu entendo que estes foram EOL a partir de 2007, mas deve ter uma garantia vitalícia para os eletrônicos. Eu não tenho um contrato de suporte da Cisco, então não posso registrar um ticket. O que devo fazer?
