Request Tracker 4 correio html Imagens Inline não visíveis

Estou trabalhando com o Request Tracker 4.0.15.

Minha instalação usa o getmail para anexar (ou criar) e-mails html a tickets, no entanto, as imagens incorporadas não são visíveis:

Mas quando eu baixar o e-mail da página de tíquete RT4 e abri-lo, a imagem fica visível:
