Falha ao instalar quaisquer atualizações (problemas com o apport e o insserv)

Question

Ultimamente as atualizações não estão sendo instaladas, e quando eu tento o sudo apt-get upgrade (obviamente, após a atualização), recebo os erros abaixo. Eu tentei encontrar soluções na internet, mas a maioria das explicações era muito técnica.

Eu só preciso de alguém para me dizer o que fazer, pois não faço ideia de codificação nem de nenhum conhecimento técnico. Aqui está o log inteiro do terminal:

NÃO é uma duplicata de Como remover / instalar um pacote que não está totalmente instalado? Eu tentei as soluções sugeridas lá, mas ainda tenho o mesmo erro. Além disso, esse post se cheio de gobbledy gook. Eu não sou um desenvolvedor e não tenho idéia de codificação. Eu só preciso de ajuda - desesperadamente!

Existe alguma maneira de remover a configuração do servidor?

Para remover o problema, basta iniciar o pacote desnecessário:

sudo apt-get purge citadel-webcit

Depois disso:

sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Isso é tudo ;)
